In the weary days of winter, when peace seems illusive, unexpectedly, at just the perfect time, the hope of Christmas begins to glow. Like a golden ember of promise, our fragile faith begins to stir and we gather to our sacred spaces to remember treasured words of the prophets and ancient star songs. Faint music begins to fall like gentle snow upon our longing. Awakened by grace, we are redeemed, restored and renewed.
